Jyllands-Posten skriver att enligt Times Online så gäller det två kvinnor som var på väg till Pakistan från flygplatsen i Manchester.
”Den ene af kvinderne valgte at sige nej til scanningen og dermed opgive sin tur til Pakistan af religiøse årsager, fordi hun var muslim.”
Hennes väninna vägrade också att gå in i kroppsscannern, men sa att det var av hälsomässiga skäl. Båda kvinnorna fick avboka sina platser och lämna flygplatsen.
Idag finns scanner på Heathrow och på flygplatsen i Manchester. Men samtliga engelska flygplatser ska ha kroppsscanner innan 2010 är slut.
