SIOE members from all 26 European states will have a common peaceful demo at Brussels Sep 11th 2007, a first time ever in European history. Rejected by Freddy Thielemans, the socialist mayor of Brussels 60perc muslim population, SIOE has taken the case to the Raad van de Staat, Belgiums highest court. Thielemans expressed fears ”his muslims could feel offended, he cannot guarantee the demoers safety” is exactly, what this demonstration is all about: The creeping influence of radical islamists in Europe, and the blindness of European politicians.
